These terms apply when you use ecolura.com or buy from us. Ecolura ("we", "us") is based in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and prices

• All prices are in US dollars and include free shipping to US addresses.
• Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order.
• We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a product is out of stock, a price was listed by mistake, or we suspect fraud.

Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, and you get a tracking link by email when your order leaves. We ship with USPS, which usually delivers in 4 to 8 days. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us and we will make it right.

60-day guarantee and refunds

Use the Bacne Out Bar for up to 60 days after delivery. If you are not happy with your results, email hello@ecolura.com with your order details within that time and we will refund your order. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Using the product

• The Bacne Out Bar is a cosmetic soap. It is not a medicine and is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• Test it on a small patch of skin first. Stop using it if you get irritation, and see a doctor if irritation continues.
• Keep it away from your eyes. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under a doctor's care, ask your doctor before use.
• Results vary from person to person. Reviews and photos on this site show individual customer experiences.

Text, photos, logos and designs on this site belong to us or the people who gave us permission to use them. Please do not copy them without our permission.

Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses from using the site or our products, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, except where your local consumer law gives you more protection.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders follow the terms in place when you placed them.
